1. What are these terms of BTL, ATL and TTL?

BTL: tells us about the marketing strategies we use to market ourselves. Its acronym means "Below The Line." They mean printing strategies, billboards, billboards, screens, muppies, fairs, flyers, participation in expos, printing material and POP material. ATL: tells us about "Above The Line". The plan tells you where you are going to invest, with what provider, where you want to go and what the objectives of said plan are. The plan tells you how much you will be investing monthly according to your budget.

3. What is a roadmap?

A roadmap is widely used in business globally. It is a strategy that allows you to visualize where your business is going and tells you what present and future plans you are making to reach your objectives and goals.

4. What is a digital campaign?

A campaign is to promote your company's products/services in the digital world. Using digital channels. This means that you will have to invest money to carry out your campaign and reach more people.

5. What are digital channels?

They are digital tools that help us attract/receive clients. An example of these channels would be: WhatsApp, Instagram, Website, Emails, among others.

6. What is the best digital marketing channel?

To answer this question it is important to know the digital penetration of the world. And the digital penetration of the country/city where you are located. Your best digital channel will be the one that gives you the most sales and the greatest customer attraction.


This means that if it is Google (with keywords) this will be your best channel to invest. If it is Facebook or Instagram or Twitter, you will use these channels to place greater investment in these channels. This does not mean that you forget about the other channels. It is important that you know the measurements of each channel and make decisions based on the results. Over time, you will learn how your digital world moves and you will be able to make complex but wise decisions so that your business thrives.

7. What are ON and OFF line promotions?

Online promotions are digital promotions. The promotions you do on your digital channels. OFF line promotions are the promotions you do on your NON-digital channels. These talk about channels such as press, radio, television, prints, billboards, fairs, cold touch visits, telephone calls and much more.

8. What are SEO and SEM strategies?

SEO stands for "Search Engine Optimization". This refers to whether your website is aimed at being easily found in search engines. What search engines? like Bing, Google, Aol, Yahoo and others. The best known and most used in the world is Google with more than 2 billion users. It is for this reason that Google has a language for how your website should be structured. Putting this work together requires several hours and you have to be patient (time) and follow certain guidelines to see your website in the first places. SEM stands for "Search Engine Marketing". It means that you will be able to make an investment (pay) to be in the first places and for people to find you quickly. 9. What is a CTR?

Better known as "Click-through-rate", CTR is a percentage measurement that tells us the percentage of clicks on the digital campaign (go to question 4). This means that of all the people who see the digital campaign, how many actually click on the ad. This percentage helps us a lot to make decisions and optimize digital campaigns. The objective is to generate a better CTR to increase our purchase prospects and improve the user experience (UX).

10. What are conversions?

A conversion occurs when a user interacts with the digital campaign and is really interested in the product/service they are viewing. This motivates the user to buy, make reservations, make appointments, fill out a form, leave their data and so many other ways that conversion can be generated in users. The objective of each company should be to generate conversions to form a relationship with customers. This relationship brings with it many benefits such as: sales, upsales, customer feedback, referrals, and many more.
